Animation tools?

I love your awesome software! I've been using it to death!

I would also love to use it to animate and have added to the thread that suggested a camera setting or not returning to a default front view every time you open a new file. Then we could leave the camera where it is, swap models and see how it 'moves': also taking a screen snap from the same position over many different files could help to construct animations...

Which brings me to my second suggestion: a timeline function for animation very similar to a gif style of animation where you can drag in file references from the file list, stretch/squash the time/frames they last for and then play back the resulting animation. You could save the timeline file and maybe export it as a gif. Maybe in future you could render the timeline to a movie as well, but I'd be happy with screen snap gif file of the work area.

Not sure whether this would be a possible export for Unity as well - bringing in animated voxel files into unity would be very cool.

I'm not sure if you'ld have to limit the size of the models used or not.

I've had reasonable success with exporting the files and stringing them together in blender, but it takes a lot of time to do the whole process... would be nice to just get it from the source.
Would make the creation of voxel animated files to Unity that little bit easier :)

and for camera, there is a little yellow button at the bottom bar besides camera setting.

Turning off it will disable auto camera reset.

So there is the animation timeline in the new version but how can I export animation? (to Unity)
Regular obj. export doesn't seem to work.
