Color per face?

Hi there - I was wondering if it was possible to do per-face coloring as discussed in this tweet -

Apologies, I'm new to the interface and couldn't figure out how to do this (but amazed at how easy it is to otherwise manipulate voxels - great job!)

Jeff, a voxel is a physical cube made of a single material. Think of it like a grain of sand or a lego, or if you ever played FarmVille it's like a bale of hay. So, to "colorize a face" you need to add a layer of voxels with a given color. See the attached screen shot. Unlike traditional 3D modeling methods, voxels don't rely on textures, bump maps, light maps, or bounding boxes. A voxel really is just a cube of material. By stacking cubes, it is possible to create complex graphics in a much conceptually simpler way than with traditional 3D modeling tools. If you want more detail, turn up the resolution and build with smaller voxel cubes.
